This project consisted of approximately 5000m2 of Rigidal deep deck roofing with a mechanically fixed insulated Sarnafil roofing membrane applied above.

The complex design of the roof area determined that the details and schedules had to be split into no less than 16 differing zones with a combination of roofing perimeter fascia’s and Rigidal plank profile soffits which in turn were also a combination of solid or perforated in design along with the decking phased to suit the saw-tooth effect that the Architect had designed.
