This office unit was one of four to be constructed Grade A office spaces located just off the A63 adjacent to the Humber Estuary.

Although simple in design, the use of the dark Onyx coloured Kingspan Benchmark Louvre cladding provides a striking halo to the mono-pitched roofs which comprised a combination KS1000RW and secret fix DR1000 composite panels.

Architects The Harris Group had a clear vision for the perimeter detailing, however, the lack of suitable steelwork determined that a secondary support system was developed to accommodate these requirements – a skeleton of framework that becomes hidden by the stepped fascia and shallow profiled soffits that complete the projecting feature.

The final and most intricate area of works was to detail and schedule the goal post arrangement of PPC aluminium entrance portico. This cladding was integrated into the curtain wall system and together provides the main entrance feature.
