The roofing was specified as 350m2 of insulated Sarnafil G410-15EL membrane roofing fitted over a lightweight profiled decking and incorporated areas of green roof.

Walls to this project were a particularly challenging construction combining 450m2 vertically and horizontally laid fibreglass reinforced polymer composite rainscreen cladding supplied by Steni UK Ltd. The rainscreen, of various colours, was face fixed to vertical helping hand and rail system to the vertical cladding and vertical timber battens to the horizontally laid areas and detailed with crisp clean perimeter details to enhance the vibrancy of the completed building.
