The challenge encountered within these small format retail outlets was not found within the SpeedDeck roofing system or the plank profiled soffits which encircled the roof perimeter but within the design and development of the aerofoil fascia’s which surrounded the same and the fabricated corner units required thereto. Each unit required a fully developed template to be produced to assist with the fabrication of the corner units taking account of the aerofoil form and individual leg sizes required to complete the fascia layout.

To overcome this issue bespoke software was purchased which produced the required development for the fabricator. From this development we were able to produce prototype models to provide the visual security required before entering the fabrication stage.
